Privacy Notice

Waitlist and quote requests may include your name, email address, organization, website, role or use case, and main speaker.

Church workspaces may include staff account details, church settings, service schedules, approved voice records, sermon audio, transcripts, translations, generated ministry drafts, usage records, and support or bug reports.

Listeners can use a church QR code without creating an account. Dubr still processes session, device, network, security, caption, and audio-delivery information needed to provide and protect the live experience. If a listener chooses an account, Dubr may also retain their saved notes, questions, and sermon history.

We use information to provide live interpretation, captions, approved-voice audio, sermon assistance, account access, customer support, security, service reliability, usage measurement, and church-requested billing or onboarding.

If you submit a waitlist or quote request, we use those details to respond and to send closely related pilot or product updates. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time.

Dubr sends only the information needed for a requested feature to contracted infrastructure, speech, AI, email, security, and payment service providers. Those providers process information for Dubr under their applicable service terms and safeguards.

Church teams control the services and content placed in their workspace. AI-generated notes, summaries, and ministry drafts are review-first and are not automatically published by Dubr.

When a listener uses Ask Dubr or generated notes without an account, relevant transcript context and the listener's request are processed to produce the result. Generated answers and notes may remain in protected operational records for retries, reliability, abuse prevention, and usage accounting. Those records generally become eligible for cleanup after about eight days; cleanup is periodic and may occur later. The copy shown in the browser may disappear sooner, including when the page refreshes or closes.

An approved voice-cloning workflow may process a speaker's voice samples or recordings, consent evidence, a derived voice profile or model, an opaque service-provider identifier, supported-language information, settings, and approval status.

A church may use a cloned voice only for church-authorized Dubr features and through authorized team members. Dubr and its contracted speech service providers process the samples and derived profile to create and deliver that approved voice.

A speaker may withdraw consent through the church or Dubr. When a revocation is recorded, Dubr retires the profile from new use and initiates the applicable provider-cleanup workflow. Dubr may retain limited consent, revocation, security, audit, and cleanup records, and provider-side cleanup may follow the provider's applicable systems and service terms.

We share information with service providers, professional advisers, and authorities only when needed to operate Dubr, protect people and the service, complete a requested transaction, or comply with law. We may also disclose information in a business financing, acquisition, or similar transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice obligations.

Dubr does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve church-requested history, secure and audit the platform, meet contractual or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention can differ by data type and church settings.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with you. A church may need to handle requests concerning content it controls. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Dubr uses essential authentication, listener-session, anti-abuse, and security technologies. We do not currently use the Dubr product for third-party behavioral advertising.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so churches should avoid placing unrelated confidential counseling, medical, or financial details into sermon or support fields.

Dubr is a business service for churches and is not designed for children under 13 to create personal accounts or submit personal information. Children may receive a church-provided service's audio and captions without creating an account, subject to the church's direction.

Ask Dubr, generated notes, and feedback are interactive features. Dubr asks the person using those features to affirm that they are at least 13, or that a parent or guardian is present and in control. Dubr does not collect a birthdate or independently verify age through that acknowledgement. Churches should not invite a child under 13 to create an account or use interactive features without reviewing and satisfying the consent requirements that apply to them.

We may update this notice as Dubr changes. The effective date will change when we make a material revision.
